How to Login
  1. To log into your teacher account, go to http://schools.efoodhandlers.com/Login
  2. Enter the email and Password associated with the account.
  3. If you have forgotten your password, click the RESET PASSWORD link.
How to login to eFoodHandlers
Purchase Tokens

    Pre-pay for courses for your students based on state, type of course and the number needed. From your school account profile page, Click on PURCHASE TRAINING from the options on the right side of your screen.

  • School discounts will be automatically applied to your shopping cart.
  • Payments can be made by credit card, or check.
  • PO’s are accepted but courses WILL NOT be issued until official payment (card, or check) is received.
Manage Tokens

Assign tokens to your students via email or name and birth date and review available tokens.

  1. From your school account profile page, Click on Manage Tokens
  2. Manage Tokens
  3. Then click on the ASSIGN button
  4. Manage Tokens
  5. There are two methods for assigning tokens:
    • Assign by Email - To register, users must click the provided link in the email that is sent when you assign the token.
    • NOTE: Students SHOULD NOT register prior to receiving the email

    • Assign with List
      1. Direct students to register at efoodhandlers.com/register
      2. Complete form and have them enter your School Business Account ID: Registration Form
      3. Click on Register

      Once the students have created their accounts, assign the tokens:

      1. Go to Manage Tokens Manage Tokens
      2. Click on Assign from List Assign from List
      3. Mark the check box next to the student's name and click on ASSIGN. Select Students
      4. Students can now log back into their account www.efoodhandlers.com/login
      5. Click on the Start Training button for their course.
      6. In step 3, take the course.
Track Usage of each token
  1. Click on the USAGE button
  2. Track Usage Button
  3. Resend Email or Recover Unused Tokens
  4. Resend Email or Recover Unused Tokens
    • Resend Email - Send email again to same student. You can edit the email address if needed.
    • Recover Token - If a student has not used the token, it can be recovered and assigned to someone else.
    • Note: Once a trainee clicks on the link they are sent, the token is no longer available to recover.
Supplemental Training Modules

Once your tokens have been paid, and the minimum of 50 paid Basic Programs or 20 paid Advanced Food Safety Program has been met, the modules will be available.

  1. Log into your account.
  2. On the Account Summary Page, click on the Resources Tab. Resources tab
  3. Click on the desired Module Supplemental Training Modules
Premium Program Resources
  1. Log into your account.
  2. On the Account Summary Page, click on the Resources Tab. Resources tab
  3. Use dropdown under Food Safety Premium Resources Supplemental Training Modules
Student Records

    From your school account profile page, Click on STUDENT RECORDS.

    Employee Records
  • Access to progress and certificate information.
  • Filter reports by class, name, year, issue or expiration date, etc.
  • Print/download certificate copies using the actions tool.
  • Export transcript reports to excel.

    From your school account profile page, Click on Student Analytics

    Exam Performance
  • Exam Analysis - average score by category and location.
  • Review top 5 problematic questions for your class.
  • Compare your classes average scores to industry averages.

Billing Information

From your school account profile page, Click on BILLING.

How to login to eFoodHandlers
  • View or print historical invoices of token payments
  • Receipts for payments
  • Make payments on outstanding invoices
Edit Facility Info

Click on Account Detail to Update account master password, billing and contact information

Employee Records Employee Records
Edit Classroom
  1. From the Account Detail page, under Classrooms, click Edit.
  2. Click Edit
  3. Make edits then click Update button
  4. Add Classroom
  5. From the Account Detail page, under Classrooms, select Add Class
  6. Add New Location
  7. Required fields: Classroom Number and Name
  8. Click Update button
